Dear Friends,

I’m Allie.  I am a human being, just like you.  And I am living proof that we all carry within us the power to heal ourselves and live the life we choose.  I know it’s possible because I did it, and I’m a human being, just like you.

I didn’t learn to love myself through a sudden snap of the fingers, drinking the Kool-aid, or by tricking myself into delusions of grandeur.  I did it through hard and consistent work, and, eventually, a lot of compassion

I come from the world of theatre.  From the theatre I have learned invaluable lessons - how to express myself, take risks, and make bold choices.  And the theatre is what led me to yoga.  Yoga has given me a space to really get to know myself and live in the present. But more than that, it has taught me to accept where I am in the present moment, and to understand that with each new breath, there comes a new opportunity for me to choose my actions, my reactions, my path.  The theatre taught me to embrace “the process”, but yoga has taught me that life is the process, and it is completely in my hands.

It is our choice how we react to what we face. It is our choice how we live this life we are given.  And through a continuous journey of self-awareness and self-love, I have become empowered in the choice to be happy.  I want to spread this gift.

We are all human.  So I know we all possess the tools we need to heal our bodies, our minds, and our hearts.  And I know we all possess the ability to make choice. But this can be challenging and, at times, uncomfortable work.  That’s why I’m here. I’m here to meet you where you are and walk in compassion and patience with you. I’m here to challenge you and nurture you toward growth and evolution.  I am here to help you find and wake up your inner fire so you can walk through this life with confidence, compassion, and joy.

We all deserve to live the best life we can. It’s up to you to make the choice.

And I'm here to help.

With love and light,

Allie B.
