Our practice is themed around love, union, and opening the heart from all sides so you can feel balanced and able to truly connect with your loved ones.
What makes this practice so special:
I bring lots of props so we can indulge in some restorative poses that calm and nourish your system.
Our final relaxation is enhanced by aroma-therapy cold compresses to be used on the eyes, forehead, or chest.
Bride will receive a customized essential oil roller blend that she can use throughout the day and for long after.
All of your participants will get a personalized takeaway gift to remember the practice. The bride will get a little extra in hers!
It is ideal for me to have a short, free, consultation call with the bride so I can make sure I tailor the practice and the essential oil blend to her own preferences and needs.
